Some lingering western bean cutworm risks are in the forecast for the next several days across southeast Ontario into southwest Quebec provinces in Canada. Growers in these areas should continue scouting efforts at least for the next week or until the overall threat to local crops has passed for this growing season. The annual flight has largely subsided in many areas, but a few lingering concerns may still be present especially in less advanced fields in southeastern Canada.
