Corn Rootworm
Corn rootworm hatch risks continue across virtually the entire corn-growing region from eastern Colorado into Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, southeast North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and southwest Ontario, Canada in the next five days. Additionally, where hatch occurred the earliest in June from western Illinois into Indiana, corn rootworm emergence should continue. Growers all across the corn-growing region should check their fields for signs of rootworms and take action if needed.
