Corn Rootworm
Corn rootworm emergence and beetle activity will continue on a scattered basis across virtually the entire corn-growing region in the next five days. Fields from Colorado into Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and southwest Ontario, Canada are all at risk. Monitor your field’s beetle populations and be on the lookout for clipped silks in the coming weeks, and take appropriate action if needed.
