Corn Earworm
As a low pressure system in the Plains moves slowly east tonight and into early tomorrow morning, south to southwest winds in conjunction with expected scattered precipitation will provide a risk area for corn earworm migration from Arkansas and Missouri into Illinois, Indiana, and western Ohio. The system will be decreasing in strength, however, and southerly wind speeds are not expected to be as strong as previous nights so only a Low risk of migration is predicted. Thereafter, no risk of corn earworm migration is expected due to predominantly northerly winds and cooler temperatures through the remainder of the five day period.
