There is little to no risk of black cutworm migration in the next five days. Growers are encouraged, however, to monitor traps closely as some isolated to scattered moth flights may have occurred last week especially across the eastern two-thirds of the corn-growing region. Documenting the timing of these flights will be important to determining expected emergence date of new generations later this spring.
