Insect Alert For
Corn Earworm
Affected Area:
Alert Details
There is little to no risk for corn earworm migration in the next five days. Growers, however, should continue to monitor traps and scout fields as some corn earworm moths have migrated north ahead of and along cold fronts earlier in the month. Despite the lack of migration risk, some moths and larvae may still be present so regular scouting is still important in fields and gardens at a critical growth stage.
