Corn Rootworm
Corn rootworm hatch may occur across virtually all of the corn-growing region where this particular insect resides in the next five days if it has not already done so. Fields from northeast Colorado into northern Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, much of lower Michigan, northern/central Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio may all see hatch continue in the next week. Growers should monitor their fields for larvae and beetles in addition to signs of damage from corn rootworm.
