Soybean Aphid
Soybean aphid egg hatch is likely nearing completion in many areas, but remaining risks are in place across regions that have been comparatively cooler so far this spring, especially in southeast North Dakota, northeast South Dakota, central and southern Minnesota, central and east central Wisconsin, central and eastern lower Michigan, far northwest New York, and southern Ontario and far southwest Quebec, Canada. Growers are advised that soybean aphid hatch risks do not indicate that there is a threat to any crops. The risk is simply to provide an awareness that soybean aphids are becoming active this growing season.
